The real joy of Thassos has always been that of a holiday idyll - lazy days, and long lazy evenings too. A good old fashioned beach holiday place for the family in the Greek sunshine, or a place for a couple to enjoy each other's company, or, for the really energetic, some fairly strenuous walking in the hills - with everything wrapped together by the people of the island who made their guests so welcome.
